well I'm still being chicken on my couch soooooooo. Maybe I should wait for when they do it again so I can yell. As rn I'm being neglected (not literally.) so when they are abusive again I'll yell at them. But they'll probably say I'm ungreatful and then I'll believe it and be sent on a guilt trip that will keep me awake for 2 weeks... ok yeah I'm too chicken.
I cut deep about a week or two ago and the marks won't go away and i think my bff is getting sus on why i won't wear shorts like her in spring/summer. what do i do?
I try, but they either get mad and pinch the marks, which hurt like crazy, or i can't because of my over whelming anxiety...but, thank you for the advice.
